1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to DuBBle, a mobile application (”App”) provided by Igor Filev, an Individual Entrepreneur registered in Georgia (”we,” ”us,” or ”our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (”Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
DuBBle offers a platform for users to access ”2-for-1” promotions at participating HoReCa (hotels, restaurants, cafes) and service businesses in Tbilisi, Georgia.
The App provides:
• Subscription tiers: Free (Drinks), Standard ($5/month for Food), Premium ($10/month for Alcohol), and Premium Plus ($20/month for all items with 2 redemptions/month).
• Partner redemption model: Businesses pay 2 GEL per customer redemption.
• Features including deal browsing, QR code redemption, and a map view. These Terms apply to all users, including customers and business partners.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and reside in Georgia to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet these eligibility criteria and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4. User Accounts
• You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
• Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Prices are: Free (0 GEL), Standard (15 GEL), Premium (30 GEL),auto-renew, cancel any time.
• Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.
• Partners agree to a 2 GEL fee per redemption, deducted automatically upon QR code validation.
• We may adjust pricing with 30 days’ notice via the App or email.
6. Use of the App
• You may use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, unless you are a registered partner.
• Prohibited activities include: unauthorized access, distributing malware, or misusing promotions.
• Partners must honor ”2-for-1” deals as advertised and maintain high-margin offerings (50%+).
7. Intellectual Property
All content within the App, including text, graphics, and logos, is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
8. Privacy
Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, available within the App. We collect personal data (e.g., name, email) to provide services and may share it with partners for redemption purposes, in compliance with Georgian data protection laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at our discretion, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting within the App or notification via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.
